1. Agreement to terms
By using boldwordsmedia.org or engaging Bold Words Media Partners LLC for editorial, publishing, or public relations services, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services and quotes
Pricing shown on this website reflects typical retainer and project ranges and is not a binding quote. Every engagement begins with a discovery call and a written scope, which becomes binding once approved by both parties.
3. Retainers and payment
Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each service month once your written scope is approved. Project-based work typically requires a deposit before work begins, with the balance due at agreed milestones or upon delivery.
4. Scope of work
Services are delivered according to the scope defined in your written agreement. Media placements, coverage volume, and outlet tier depend on newsworthiness, timing, and market conditions, and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information for use in editorial and press materials, and to review and approve materials in a timely manner so campaigns can proceed on schedule.
6. Confidentiality
We treat project details, manuscripts, business information, and any materials shared with us as confidential, and we do not disclose them to third parties except as needed to deliver the agreed services.
7. Intellectual property
Original materials created specifically for your project, such as press releases and byline drafts, become your property upon full payment, excluding our internal templates, processes, and media relationships, which remain ours.
8. Limitation of liability
Bold Words Media Partners LLC will perform services with reasonable skill and care, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including those arising from third-party media coverage decisions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed and services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
